Burning Fat with home exercise routines has many benefits. One of the best parts about exercising at home is that you can do these exercises even while you watch television. No need to give up your favorite programs to get active, just get on the floor and try a few of these. Another major benefit to burning fat at home is you do not need to purchase a long term membership or expensive exercise equipment. The following article begins with three toning exercises that target Butt Fat, Thigh Fat, and Belly Fat.
Outer Thigh Lift for butt fat - Lying on your right side with your hips and ankles in line with your shoulders, slowly lift your leg as high as possible, hold, then return to starting position. Do 10 repetitions and then switch sides.
Inner Thigh Lift for Thigh Fat - Lie on your left side with your hips and ankles in line with your shoulders, and your right knee bent at a 90 degree angle. Slowly lift your left leg as high as possible, hold, then return to starting position. Do 10 repetitions and then switch sides
Abdominal Crunches for Belly Fat - Lying on your back with your knees bent and your hands behind your head, slowly curl your shoulders up putting your chin to your chest. Pause then slowly return to starting position. Do 10 repetitions of these.
If you are looking for more ways to burn fat you can incorporate push-ups that can help with arm fat. If you are feeling really inspired you can jog in place and add jumping jacks; both of these exercises will also help you burn fat.
