Let me clarify this point, let\’s say you are on a strict diet, but one day you can not fight the urge of eating a specially delicious piece of chocolate cake; well, the fact that you ate that piece shouldn\’t blow away all your efforts, so you might better avoid the popular thought that goes like this: \”hell, I just ate that piece of chocolate cake, my weight loss efforts have been all in vain, I\’ll just eat the rest of the cake and get on with my life\”. That won\’t take you anywhere, believe me.

Continuing with the weight loss methods it is time for us to discuss about one of the major issues that people observe while trying to follow any weight loss plan, the exercise routines. It is very important that you are quite disciplined when it comes to exercise, since exercise is the only activity that will allow you to burn away those calories, and therefore to achieve your weight loss goals. Try practicing your weight loss exercise routines at least once per day; otherwise you will not see pleasant results.

The last weight loss method is to be advised by a professional, just go to your doctor and ask him about the best ways in which you may lose some weight, he will also take the appropriate measurements and make sure that your health stays being a top priority of your life, so listen to him and don\’t try any of those home made weight loss products that may hamper your health.

Write the following heading on a piece of paper: Why I don\’t lose weight.

Then, list possible reasons for not losing weight. Some of these include poor blood sugar regulation, under active thyroid, overeating, lack of sleep, viral infections, lack of exercise, and slow metabolism. To lose weight the healthy way, you can use the process of elimination to discover which of these hinders your weight loss.

Blood sugar regulation means controlling the amount of sugar and refined carbohydrates you take into your body. When your blood sugar levels are too high, this causes you to be hungry and encourages your body to store fat instead of burning it. Test this by reducing sugar intake for a month or two and see if this boosts your weight loss. If you plan to take a supplement, probably the best weight loss supplement to look for is one that will help you regulate blood sugar levels. Some supplements also supply ATP (adenosine triphosphate), a phosphate molecule that is a source of high energy for the body.

Next, add exercise to your daily routine if you\’re not already active. If you already exercise, try going a little longer each day. There is More to Weight Loss than Counting Calories — Discover the Reasons You Aren\’t Losing Weight

Don\’t drive yourself crazy counting calories if you are trying to lose weight. There\’s a bigger picture here — and more to weight loss than eating carrots and living at the gym.

Several factors contribute to weight gain — and therefore weight loss. Without understanding how those pounds got on your hips and belly in the first place, you\’ll never figure out how to get them off. Here are the most common reasons you put the weight on in the first place: too many calories, lack of exercise and chemicals and toxins in the environment.

The first two are self explanatory. You will gain weight if you eat Twinkies all day and sit on the couch! So, let\’s focus on the \”chemicals and toxins\” part of the weight gain equation.

Do you know…

  • On average, 72 herbicides, pesticides and insecticides are used on the fruits and vegetables you eat
  • There are heavy metals, bacteria and chemicals in your drinking water
  • Your breathing air is loaded with impurities, especially PAH toxin
  • The animals you eat are injected with hormones & antibiotics
  • Toxic metals and compounds have recently been found in common household items and toys

    So how do chemicals and impurities in the environment make you gain weight?

    Our body\’s natural response and protective mechanism is to coat these ingested toxins with excess fat and water. Your body shoves these fat cells \”into the closet\” (more commonly known as the belly bulge) until it can flush them from your system.     In recent clinical trials, two groups of obese individuals were given equal diets and placed in a setting where all they had to do was just sit, eat, read or watch TV. One group was given the actual Hoodia and the other a placebo. It was found that the Hoodia group consumed on average 1000 calories a day less than the placebo group. The key findings of the group on he actual supplement included garnering a reduced interest in food, a considerable delay in the time after eating before hunger sets in again, feeling full more quickly, and a general feeling of well-being.

    Lose 10 Pounds In A Week

    Hold on. You are not serious about losing that much weight so quickly are you? If you are serious then there is a glimmer of hope.

    Since you are desperate, remember - desperate times require desperate measures. How much do you really want to reach your goal?

    The clock is ticking, so you have to have something you can start within the next few minutes. You need to be serious and you need to take action.

    First off drop all beverages except water. Okay, maybe you can have some coffee but go easy on the cream and sugar. You need to drop the other beverages because almost all have refined sugar or sugar substitutes which will not help you lose weight.

    During this program you need to consume 8 glasses of water a day minimum. The water helps flush the system.

    You need to eliminate white carbohydrates from your diet. Potatoes, white rice, white bread pasta and so forth. You were prepared for dramatic changes right?

    You need to get moving. You need to get your body into motion. Yes, exercise - well let us just call it \”diet motion\”. You need to get some \”diet motion\” going to help get the pounds coming off. Lots of methods will help. You probably would like to get the most benefit from exercise, so I suggest interval training. Even if you only have 10 minutes a couple times a day, then use it. Take the motion you like and put it into play.

    Use a short warm up phase, then transition into fast motion that will result in rapid breathing. Do not over do it, but push a little. After a couple minutes back off and walk it off. Then repeat the cycle two or three more times. That should round out your 10 minutes. That is a minimum - you should at least squeeze in three 10 minute sessions.

    Now let us talk about eating. This has to change also. My guess is you would like to get the most of out a diet plan so that you can lose weight right? Then you need to use a diet that get result and gets them quickly. You do not want to be hungry all the time and you want a plan that is proven.
