Hold on. You are not serious about losing that much weight so quickly are you? If you are serious then there is a glimmer of hope.
Since you are desperate, remember - desperate times require desperate measures. How much do you really want to reach your goal?
The clock is ticking, so you have to have something you can start within the next few minutes. You need to be serious and you need to take action.
First off drop all beverages except water. Okay, maybe you can have some coffee but go easy on the cream and sugar. You need to drop the other beverages because almost all have refined sugar or sugar substitutes which will not help you lose weight.
During this program you need to consume 8 glasses of water a day minimum. The water helps flush the system.
You need to eliminate white carbohydrates from your diet. Potatoes, white rice, white bread pasta and so forth. You were prepared for dramatic changes right?
You need to get moving. You need to get your body into motion. Yes, exercise - well let us just call it \"diet motion\". You need to get some \"diet motion\" going to help get the pounds coming off. Lots of methods will help. You probably would like to get the most benefit from exercise, so I suggest interval training. Even if you only have 10 minutes a couple times a day, then use it. Take the motion you like and put it into play.
Use a short warm up phase, then transition into fast motion that will result in rapid breathing. Do not over do it, but push a little. After a couple minutes back off and walk it off. Then repeat the cycle two or three more times. That should round out your 10 minutes. That is a minimum - you should at least squeeze in three 10 minute sessions.
Now let us talk about eating. This has to change also. My guess is you would like to get the most of out a diet plan so that you can lose weight right? Then you need to use a diet that get result and gets them quickly. You do not want to be hungry all the time and you want a plan that is proven.
