TIP #2 -- CHANGE UP YOUR BREAKFASTS It\'s a secret that lots of serious body-builders use to keep weight off. Switch out the cereals, fruits, and breads for a week of protein rich foods like eggs, chicken, beans and the like along with some vegetables. You\'d be amazed at how that reduces the calories and helps the body burn the fat!
TIP #3 -- DEAL WITH THE GUT ISSUES It\'s something diet and drug companies don\'t want you to know because it takes business from them, but it does make a huge weight loss difference.
