NLP - 3 Stages of a Perfect Planning

Do you believe in the Bible? I do believe in God and recently I made a discovery reading the very beginning of the book of Genesis, when God created the earth.
I discovered that you can apply the same principles as God used to create the earth for planning and time management. I was on a mission for my church about 10 years ago and I remember now that we followed this exact principle to manage our time and to plan more effectively. With this method, I was always amazed about how much we accomplished.
Here are the 3 steps to effectively plan your day, week, month and year.
1. Think and create. Thinking and putting on paper what you're going to do helps you clear your mind. Avoid confusion and shoot for clarity. Start your day by spending 5 minutes to decide what you're going to do and what goal you want to achieve. In the same way, start your week by spending half an hour to think and write down you plan. Spend 2 hours for an efficient monthly planning. Spend an entire day for a yearly planning.
2. Do and act. Once you planned everything, you have the vision and you know exactly what to do. Remember, clarity is your best friend in this game. Now take action, massive action and be disciplined.
3. Accept and Rest. Studies have reported that sleep deprivation affects tens of millions of adults each year in the United States alone. Sleep deprivation is a big concern nowadays. The University of Chicago Medical Center discovered, in a 1996 study, that sleep deprivation severely affects the human body's ability to metabolize glucose, which can lead to early stage Diabetes Type 2. So resting seems to be the hardest part for some people; but accepting can be even harder. People can't accept if they didn't reach their goals or if they didn't achieve what was on the plan. Let go and be assured that everything is for your best and highest good. Accept and rest.
By following these 3 steps, exactly as God did when he created the earth according to the Bible, you will find peace in your life. God knew and accepted his creation as being done. Then he rested for 1 day. I suggest that following the same pattern will make you wiser, more at peace and happier in your life.
