NLP - 3 Steps to Become Centered and to Access Your Personal Genius

We all have weaknesses. Those who don't think this is the reality need to attend a lot more personal development seminars than others and work on themselves more to get rid of this limiting belief that says they are perfect.
Now, if you want to leave a peaceful life, you have to make peace with some things that you don't like about you. You need to accept that this is a part of you. When you truly accept it, you can decide if you want to change it or keep it.
Acceptance is the first step in building your self-esteem as well. Accepting yourself, your body, who you are, can be a challenge. Take a deep breath and say to yourself that a lot of people are in a lot worse conditions than you are.
The next step is to appreciate yourself. Now, you would say: "accepting is already a challenge, now he dares to ask me to appreciate myself and who I am?
The answer is yes! Absolutely. If you don't accept yourself, appreciate who you are, with your strengths and weaknesses, how do you want to develop a sense of esteem for yourself, the next step I want you to take.
Esteeming yourself is actually more powerful that having self-esteem. The verb esteem is very strong. It involves a part of you or your entire self to be able to esteem yourself.
That's exactly what I want you to do: involve your entire you, your thoughts, emotions, language, physiology to be able to esteem yourself fully.
Follow these 3 steps and you will be able to esteem yourself fully, fall in love with yourself and access your personal genius.
