They say it isn\'t possible, that you have to stick with just losing 2 pounds or less per week. However, the experts aren\'t always right, thankfully! Here are some tips to help you lose weight quickly. Things you can do to make that weight come off faster than 2 pounds per week!

YOU CAN ACHIEVE WHAT YOUR MIND CAN CONCEIVE

Set your mind to achieve your weight loss goal. Make the goal definite -- like \"I will lose 15 pounds in one month.\" If you think you can do something, you are going to get a lot further than if you\'re not sure it\'s possible. Losing weight quickly is very possible. There are lots of people that lose 30 pounds in 2 months or even more! If you can imagine yourself losing that much so quickly, you\'ll be halfway to achieving the goal!

FIND A SIMPLE WAY TO GET LOTS OF EXERCISE

My favorite suggestion is to get yourself some piece of exercise equipment that you can put in front of your TV. (This can be cheap. There are lots of used machines at thrift stores). Never allow yourself to watch TV unless you are working out on that exercise machine (i.e. riding a stationary bike). Watching an interesting program makes exercise go much easier since your brain is engaged in the program rather than the exercise you\'re doing. Fat loss is going to be 100% easier with exercise! So distract yourself and get lots of it!

FORGET THE LONG-TERM DIETING

It\'s hard for our brains to handle all the changes that have to take place with most diet plans. Instead, use a short-term diet that gets serious results. This will not only be easier, but seeing the results will motivate you to lose more weight.
