A lot of people are looking for weight loss cravings pills but the truth is that there are not a lot of pills out there that rid you of your cravings. I started doing research on the subject and all the products I found ware diet pills. A lot of them don't work and a lot of them have severe side effects because they are chemical. I then turned my research on natural weight loss pills because they don't have any side effects.
I stumbled across something called hoodia. The makers of hoodia claim it to be a natural appetite suppressant this means it is a weight loss cravings pill . Equipped with this information I started reading more about hoodia.
Hoodia is a plant that grows in South Africa. It takes about 5 years to reach adulthood and only then it can be harvested. The natives there ate the plant in order to hunt for a longer period of time without having the need to eat. I immediately tough such a thing is impossible, so I started to read more.
I found out how it works. It has a main ingredient called hoodia gordonii that contains p57. This p57 goes into your brain and tricks it in telling you that you're full. If you think you are full you won't have cravings therefore you won't eat. And if you won't eat you will surely loose weight in the process.
The problem with hoodia is that, because it's such a popular weight loss pill and because it's such a rare plant, a lot of merchants are selling chemically altered products. You MUST stay away from these because they are not 100% natural and will cause severe side effects. I have done some research about this as well and there are only a few products out there that have the real thing. If you find something make sure they have proper certification. Also read some reviews about it before you buy it.
In conclusion, the only weight loss cravings pills that I have found to work are hoodia.
