In this article we are going to revisit the popular dieting battle cry for expeditious results - "What is the fastest way to lose weight quickly?" Of course not only do you want to lose those extra pounds, you want to do it FAST! And who can blame you? That extra weight we all piled on over the holidays seemed to come on pretty fast, are we wrong for wanting them to leave just as swiftly as they arrived? There are several different diets out right now that are not only popular, but also that I like and recommend. But one of the biggest parts of a diet, in my humble opinion, is the accountability you make not only to yourself, but to the others around you as well.
