What Is This Underground Hypnosis?

There\'s been a lot of talk recently about underground hypnosis. But just what is it? What qualifies a hypnotic technique to be classed as an \"underground\" one?
Whether or not it\'s applied to hypnosis, the term underground is usually used to mean something that\'s either a closely guarded secret or a technique that\'s a bit underhand. Sometimes it\'s just used because it adds a certain mystique and therefore helps sales of whatever product is being sold - think of the edginess of some television and print commercials and you\'ll already have seen examples of this.
Quite often, an underground technique is simply a new twist on an old method. Or a twist that is a combination of several different methods, increasing the power of each one.
One of the most famous uses of this kind of technique is speed seduction. The target market is young males. The pitch is that by using the techniques explained, they will be able to get more dates (and other things that go along with dating). The techniques work well - there are plenty of guys providing real life testimonials about their success - and are a finely tuned version of hypnosis and NLP (neuro linguistic programming) techniques, honed for this specific market.
The big thing to remember is that when you use hypnosis techniques on other people, you should only have an honorable outcome in mind. What goes around comes around and if you use underhand techniques on other people with the expectation of some kind of personal gain, you\'ll only have yourself to blame when these come back to haunt you.
